Summary: 
Henry Bradley of Cranberry Portage is one of some 4,000 licensed trappers
who still "live on the land" in the lake and bush country of northern Manitoba.
From November until the ice breaks up in the spring, Bradley
makes regular rounds of his trap line, covering about fifteen miles on a
normal day with his dogs. His area takes in all of Elbow
